By using Zombie Couple AI (the "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the Service Does

Zombie Couple AI generates short videos from two photos you upload, placing both people into a fixed zombie couple video template. It is an independent fan tool built on a viral trend. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any movie, show, game, or rights holder the trend references.

Your Responsibilities

• Consent. Only upload photos of people who have agreed to appear in the video. Uploading photos of public figures or minors is prohibited.
• Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• Lawful use. Don't use the service to harass, defame, impersonate, or harm anyone.
• No commercial use. Videos are licensed for personal, fun use only. You may not use them in advertising, merchandise, or other commercial contexts, because the underlying template rides a viral trend we don't license.

Credits and Payments

• The service works with prepaid credits: one 20-second video costs 150 credits at 480P or 300 credits at 720P. You pick the resolution per video.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs, never expire, and are personal to your account — they can't be transferred or resold.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Generated videos are hosted for 7 days only. Download yours before they expire — expired videos can't be recovered.

Generated Content

• You may download and share your generated videos for personal use, with the common-sense rule that everyone in the video agreed to be there.
• You may not present generated videos as authentic footage, use them to deceive, or remove attribution required by any platform you post to.
• We may refuse or remove generations that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The zombie couple template, the site, and the service are ours or our licensors'. Your photos remain yours. You get the personal-use license to your generated videos described above — nothing more is transferred.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. Credits you purchased stay usable for the service's core feature for as long as the service operates.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent payments or rate limits.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation will satisfy you — failed generations are refunded automatically. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
