Refund Policy

Failed Generations Are Refunded Automatically

If a video fails to generate, the credits spent on it (150 credits for 480P, 300 for 720P) are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact anyone — check your credit history and the credits will already be back.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Because credits are delivered instantly and don't expire, a pack can be refunded only if all of these are true:

• You request the refund within 14 days of purchase.
• The credits are completely unused.
• The request isn't connected to abuse of the service (ban evasion, chargeback abuse, and similar).

To request a refund of an unused pack, email us at support@zombiecoupleai.app (or use the support widget) with your order number. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partially Used Packs

Once any credits from a pack have been spent, the pack is no longer refundable. This is standard for instantly-delivered digital goods.

Videos You Dislike

A generated video that works correctly but isn't to your taste is not a failed generation and isn't refundable. Photo quality drives the result: use a clear, front-facing photo of each person. If the faces come out wrong, that's usually the photos — upload better ones and generate again at 480P (150 credits) to check the effect before spending more on 720P.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks opened without contacting support may result in account suspension.
