This Privacy Policy explains how Zombie Couple AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and the zombie couple video generation service.

Information We Collect

  1. Account Information — Your email address and password (stored only as a hash) when you create an account.
  2. Photos You Upload — The two photos you submit for the main character spot and the zombie spot. They are used solely to generate your video.
  3. Generated Content — The videos we generate for you.
  4. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, such as features used and credits spent.
  5. Payment Information — Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full card details.

How We Use Your Information

  • To generate your zombie couple video.
  • To manage your account, credits, and orders.
  • To send service messages (order confirmations, security notices, support replies).
  • To detect and prevent abuse of the service.

Your Photos

This is the part most people care about, so it gets its own section:

  • Uploaded photos are used only to generate your video.
  • Photos and generated media are automatically deleted after 7 days — the provider keeps generated videos for 7 days only, so download yours before it expires.
  • We never train AI models on your photos.
  • We never share your photos with third parties, except the AI processing provider strictly needed to generate your video.
  • Only upload photos of people who have agreed to appear in the video. Uploading public figures or minors is not allowed.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

  • With service providers that operate the service (payment processing, AI video processing, email delivery), under confidentiality agreements.
  • To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from public authorities.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted secret storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and delete it on the schedule described above.

Data Retention

  • Uploaded photos and generated media: deleted after 7 days.
  • Account and order records: kept while your account is active, as required for accounting and fraud prevention.
  • You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies (session, language preference) and, if enabled, analytics cookies. You can control non-essential cookies through the cookie settings.

Children

The service is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and photos of minors may not be uploaded.
